Our role as Construction Managers is to control the quality of construction while maintaining the Client’s schedule and budget. Our Construction Management team leads all phases of a project from early conceptual development through final construction. By clearly communicating with the Owner and Architect, KMI Construction works collaboratively during planning, design, and construction to provide a fully functional facility that meets your needs. We communicate with our team of subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a product that meets your expectations.
A successful project is dependent on appropriate planning including pre-investment. Time, cost, and quality must be constantly managed, calibrated, and balanced with a long-term vision to complete the project on time and within budget.
Working from feasibility and programming through design, construction, and close-out, we use our expertise and benchmark data to develop initial budget and schedule strategies. We align project scope with available funding, explore cost- and schedule-effective design alternatives, and provide up-to-date estimates reflective of a project’s probable construction cost and timeline to completion.
